Monster sightings
A returning favorite is back on tap now at the Lake Monster taproom: Blood Orange Citrus IPA! We constructed this seasonal IPA to be balanced and fruit forward. It has a creamy body from the substantial use of oats in the grist combined with a pungent tropical hop aroma from Citra and Vista hops. But we thought, why stop there? A dose of Blood Orange fruit in the fermenter pushes the citrus notes over the top.
Now on tap: Apricot Wheat Ale!
This is a simple German wheat ale with a medium body and a clean finish. We use real apricots and a touch of cashmere hops for a fruity but not-so-sweet beer that we know (for sure) you’ll love.
Come in for a pint, a crowler, and a picture, because we really have no idea how long this will last. We can’t wait for you to try it.
Gather up the family and join us on Sunday, December 17th to meet Santa. There will be cookies and photo opportunities for the kids, and beer for the adults!
